CBD 100
Description
CBD is a rigid high temperature ceramic fibre board made from ceramic fibre. It has good thermal stability and low thermal conductivity. Its high strength allows it to be worked easily with normal tooling to give precise shapes. The product has good flexural strength and is easy, if dusty, to handle. Because of the ceramic fibre used it falls within the EU classification as a Class II carcinogen within the CHIP98 regulations.
