Summary of annealing furnaces and ovens

The ovens and furnaces described on these pages are suitable for a wide range of uses including metal heat treatment, pottery and glass art work and research applications. Most of the units are designed to operate with an air atmosphere but some special units are able to offer inert atmosphere containment for heat treatment applications, some have internal recirculation of atmosphere and some may be designed to work with an internal vacuum.

Small Heat treatment ovens Ovens with less than 50 litre capacity and suitable for use on a workbench. These units have air circulation.
Maximum operating temperature is 650°C
General purpose industrial ovens Metal lined with capacities from 50 to 2000 litres, air circulation is available as an option.
Maximum operating temperature is 700°C.
