Ceramic fibre blanket 1260 / 1400 grades

Description

Ceramic fibre blanket is composed of refractory ceramic fibres tightly needled into a blanket form. These lightweight needled blankets have good handling strength and low thermal conductivity. They are ideal for furnace insulation and for providing temporary thermal insulation in a variety of situations. They contain no binders and generally do not produce smoke or fume. Occasionally some lubricant is added to aid blanket formation. This may give rise to an odour briefly on first heating.
