The exterior is mild sheet steel finished in a light grey powder coated paint. The interior is constructed from stainless steel.
MAXO and MAXI units have polished stainless steel liners with easy clean rounded corners. All models have a side mounted fan. The control unit is also mounted to the side of the door.
ME units have a 100mm diameter outlet
vent at the top of the oven to assist the drying process.
Maxi ovens have an internal toughend glass door.
Heating
Heating is provided by sheathed Incoloy elements positioned in the side mounted fan duct.
Controls
ME and MOBS units have hydraulic thermostatic control with a calibrated scale.
MAXO and MAXI units have electronic control with a calibrated scale. Optional digital controls with a microprocessor and LED temperature display are available on these models.
All types are fitted with an adjustable over-temperature safety thermostat.
Standard supply requirement is 220/240V 50Hz.
